Required

· Junior college degree in electrical or electronic engineering.

· At least 3 years’ experience working as NPI engineer in power supply manufacturing industry.

· PCBA and associated technologies, relative process knowledge.

· Have good coordination skills to work with various departments

· Have good problem solving skills

· Have thorough knowledge about the methods and techniques of manufacturing

· Be well organized and have an eye for detail

· Writing level English is required

· Be familiar with ISO9000 quality system, certified internal auditor is preferred.

Major Responsibility(主要工作职责):

· Coordinate with related person of different functional departments to ensure full kits for NPI building to ensure project smoothly and effectively be transferred to mass production.

· Create the router follow/process follow chart in the e-Traveler

· Review and approve first article inspections which conducted by the quality dept.

· Keep a project log/issue tracking list of any finding during the NPI building, which include the design improvement and PFMEA issue.

· Create ECRs to correct any finding like BOM/Drawing/Documents.

· Review all documents which relating to the product like drawing and work instruction.

· Assign/train and allocate the work of NPI technician to meet project schedule.

· Work with mechanical engineer for packaging creation.
