MAJOR JOB DUTIES:

1.Responsible for new product introduction and release of new products to series production

2.Owner of “New Product innovation Process” in compliance with planned deadlines, quality and costs including documentation and presentation of project plans (QCT target)

3.operational planning and Internal communication of new project status

4.External project planning and communication to customer during project phase

5.Define the production process in the project phase so that customer demand can be fulfilled

6.Responsible for validation of new raw materials and product concepts

7.Responsible for qualification process of new production equipment (fixtures and machines)

8.Analyzing of feasibility of new products, analyzing and improve operational problems

9.Define, control and communicate manufacturing standards

10.Responsible for new product release and handover to series production including:

a.definition of machine parameters

b.maintenance operation and plans

c.calibration operation and plans

d.spare part operation and plans

e.Working instructions

11.Layout planning of new production lines

12.Build up new production lines, select suitable machines and production technologies in the project phase according to customer specifications

13.Performance and moderator of PFMEA

14.Carry out experiments to improve the machine availability and process stability

15.Carry out ad-hoc task assigned by Bu-Operational management

COMPETENCE REQUIREMENT:

1.Bachelor degree on engineering or similar

2.Working background:

a.3-5 years’ experience in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering with a focus on production engineering.

b.initial work experience in the environment described above and has demonstrably implemented or accompanied comparable projects

c.product knowledge in thermistor manufacturing or similar sensor/cable products

3.Skills:

a.High level of production technologies/methods knowledge in electronic manufacturing field (such as cable cutting, crimping, splicing, soldering, spot welding, potting, laser marking, hot melt injection, testing).

b.Multiple knowledge of different material/products

c.Problem solving thinking and hands-on ability

d.knowledge in Lean-Management, CIP or Six Sigma is an advantage

e.Good knowledge of product assemblies

f.Experience in fixture design or CAD is a plus

g.First knowledge in SAP or similar tool is an advantage

4.Fluent English in write

5.Good command in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

6.Good communication skills.Working experience and communication in foreign company or with foreign customer is a plus

7.Communicative, independent, high level of quality awareness technical mind-set, hands-on mentality, initiative, reliable, well organized and structured, able to work under pressure.
