岗位职责：

Job descriptions:

1.文件制作：协助完成工程师安排的相关文件

Documents: Finish documents assigned by the Engineer

2.样板制作：协助完成工程师安排的样板制作，学习如何组织安排，培训作业员

Samples building: Finish samples building assigned by the Engineer, study how to organize and training the operators.

3.学习提高：学习制程工程师的所有技能，专业知识，沟通技能，英语水平

Study and promotion: study all of the engineer’s skills, include professional knowledge, communication skills, English lever

4.工作失责处理：未按时完成工作计划的自行安排加班，未按工作流程工作作罚款处理，如造成工作重做或公司损失的将酌情作警告，记过，罚款处理；

Work default treatment: Self arrange overtime if work unfinished, fine punish for not obey the workflow, if cause work do over or company lose will be warned, record a demerit and fine punish.

5.其他：遵守公司规章制度，完成上级领导交待的临时工作任务；

Others: Comply with company rules and regulations, accomplish temporary work tasks from leader;

任职要求：

Job requirements:

1.大专或以上学历, 应界毕业生或有少许经验者，加工机械或自动化专业优先

College or above, graduated from school or have a little bit of working experience，experience in processing machinery or automation professionals

2.熟练操作Office，AutoCAD软件 ；

Familiar with Office，AutoCAD;

3. 英语4级以上，读写流利，具备基本的听说能力；

Pass CET 4, Fluent reading and writing English and basic listening and spoken English;

4.服从上级领导的安排，保质保量按时完成工作任务;

follow the arrangement of the leader, finish the work on time and guarantee the quality.

5.具有积极向上的团队合作精神，有良好的沟通，协调能力，并能承受一定的工作压力。
