岗位描述：

投标阶段：

1. 编写整条生产线电气设备的供货范围，包括辅助设备及整合与生产线相关的各种公辅设备。定义范围将包括：高压/中压电力供应、高压/低压电力变压器、低压配电、马达控制中心、电动机及传动，生产线自动化及驱动规则、与各分包商之间的界面等。

2. 计算公司提供设备所需的电机机械动力和/或转矩，检查/校正各分包商提供的运输电机。

3. 准备“电机清单”（包括给分包商的进线清单，用于设备和自动控制的电机清单、仪表清单）。

4. 编写向分包商询价的电气部分的技术规格书（基本数据、总体功能、工作范围）。

5. 向各电气制造商进行询价。

6. 拟定或校订主供应商及各分包商的电气、自动化和仪器的技术规格书。

7. 比较各主电气供应商的报价及供货范围。

项目阶段（订货阶段）：

1. 校订最终的电机清单。

2. 主电气供应商最终的电气&自动化的供货/工作范围的校订,也包括各分包商之间的电气供货范围及电气/自动化界面。

3. 引导、校订和控制生产线电气控制的总体布局。

4. 单线图。

5. 物理位置。

6. 电气室及主控制台所需空间。

7. 机旁控制台或控制板的位置。

8. 接线盒的位置。

9. 事故停车盘或箱的位置。

10. 电缆隧道、电缆沟、电缆管道的实际位置，及检查电气供应商所作的布局安排。

11. 检查与液压或气动管道的最终干扰情况。

12. 协调各电气和自动化分包供应商之间的关系。

13. 检查各分包供应商提供的电气和自动化设备。

14. 编制功能描述（根据已有文件）。

15. 确定最终的生产线各部分的各个牵引部分的清单。

16. 引导各个分供应商的工作（电气项目管理）。

17. 帮助解决现场出现的任何问题。



岗位要求：

1. 电气方面的全能型人才及具有技术协调能力。

2. 具有中压和低压电器经验，及电机、传动和自动化方面的经验，包括工业用逻辑控制程序。

3. 参加过电气设备投标或具有电气项目技术会议的经验。

4. 具有钢铁业承包商的工作经验或为类似钢铁设计研究院的工作经验。

5. 能够用英语流利的交流和书写。

6. 能够适应国内外经常出差。
