Job Responsibility
1.Deploy the corporate quality strategy and Quality Management System, communicate and co-ordinate implementation.
2.Monitor total quality activities to ensure that the group's products and services are meeting internal and external quality expectations
3.Promote Quality Excellence Initiative and drive quality performance improvement throughout the group.
4.Inculcate the value of lessons learnt, mistake proofing and preventive focus for a continuous improvement culture mindset
5.To identify and track potential technical and resource related problems, to initiate corrective actions and to implement the corrective measures and keep track the progress of the projects.
6.To maintain, monitor and keep track the key quality performance metrics of the factories.
Job Requirement
1.Degree in Manufacturing /Mechanical/Electro- mechanical /Quality Engineering or related disciplines preferred in high precision metal Watch industry
2.6 Sigma Black certification is required and Lean training is preferred.
3.At least 8 years of solid relevant experience in manufacturing environment with minimum 5 years in Quality Engineering.
4.Familiar with the international Management system such as ISO9001, ISO13485, TL9000, ISO14001,TS16949, OHSAS18001and SA8000.
5.Familiar with Quality Assurance & Reliability Engineering tools such as SPC, CPK, FMEA, APQP, Control Plan, PPAP, MSA & DOE.
6.A self-driven person with strong sense of integrity and remain assertive when encountering difficulties
7.Excellent communication skills, a positive and “can-do” attitude
8.Excellent command of both written and spoken English is a must.
