在中国地区的全资子公司。工厂创建于1998年，位于中国深圳经济特区，宝安区西乡后瑞第二工业区（临近宝安机场及后瑞地铁站）。得益于便利的地理环境及繁荣的经济背景，经过近20年的发展，公司的规模已经达到了4栋工业厂房，3栋宿舍，员工人数约1800人左右。

公司目前设有完整的电子产品生产线，有SMT车间、插件车间、装配车间等等，并配备有高端的测试系统。公司现已取得ISO9001、ISO14001，ISO13485的管理体系认证证书。公司拥有一个近300人的工程设计技术队伍，并拥有一支杰出的，具有核心执行力的管理团队，为公司的发展壮大提供全方位的支持和保障。

公司全新建设环境舒适的特色餐厅，能提供多样化的伙食供应。公司设有员工宿舍、员工娱乐室（在建）、大型灯光篮球场、各类运动器材等。而且公司将会积极为员工组织各类娱乐活动、游园会、年会等等。打造多渠道的互动沟通平台，营造一个愉快并且积极的工作氛围，是年利亚公司在发展过程中特别关注的环节。

Linear Electronics (Shenzhen) Limited (LES) is the wholly owned manufacturer of
Nortek Security&Control LLCin Southern China. The factory was founded in 1998, located in Xixiang,
Bao’an district in Shenzhen City. A long term contributor to the China economic
growth during the past 20 years. The current campus consists of 4 manufacturing
buildings, 3 dormitories, and 3 Canteens that can accommodate more than 1800
employees.

The company possesses a state of the art electronic
manufacturing solution, including SMT, PTH, Electromechanical Assembly, and
advanced test capabilities. Current registrations include ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO13485. For the design and technical support, the company
currently staffs over 300 professional engineers and technicians.

Newly
renovated canteens, dormitories, and recreational facilities, promote a
convenient, enjoyable, and safe, environment for our employees. Our “team”
