市場拓展經理 职责: 1、确定公司产品和服务的需求、竞争者和潜在客户，确保公司利润最大化和客户满意度最大化； 2、负责进行公司市场战略规划，寻找产品市场机会，制定公司的市场总体工作计划，提出市场推广、品牌、公关、营销、活动等方面的具体方向和实施方案； 3、组织和监督实施年度市场推广计划； 4、进行市场调研与分析，研究同行、业界发展状况，定期进行市场预测及情报分析，为公司决策提供依据； 任职要求：
1、具最少5年或以上创新科技产品市场开发、营销工作经验者优先；
2、具备很强的策划能力，熟悉国內外眾筹、数位行销运作方式及有成功经验；
3、具有敏感的商业和市场意识，分析问题及解决问题能力强，具有优秀的资源整合能力和业务推进能力；
4、熟悉活动及市场策划公司运作及礼品采购流程，有能力将产品推广至各大小活动企划并使用；
5、具备良好的沟通合作技巧及丰富的团队建设经验；
6、必須具有良好英语溝通能力

Proven sales record and customer connection
especially in global market.
Good command of spoken and written English and
Chinese
Strong skills in communication, negotiation, presentation and
leadership.
Willing to travel and develop new customer/business opportunity.
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Sales &
Marketing Executive.
