In hisscope of managementi.e.the department of the given métier

-Hierarchically manage his group of engineers / technicians in a given metier. Especially ensure the right levelof capabilities, competencies and expertise.

-Responsible to deploy and implements the “state of the art” standards, processes, methods & toolsin hisdepartment

-Participate to the improvement of the standards,process,methods & tools in his metier in relation with hismetier network especially themétier

manager / director.

-Check / audit the implementation of the standards (RAISE)
