Responsibility:

1.Manage/lead a team of engineers.

2.Handles and closely monitor design projects, ensures quality and on time deliverables.

3.Ensure projects are well documented and traceable.

4.Handles Request for Quotation activities – provide firmware development related inputs.

5.Supervise and appraisal of subordinates.

6.Explore/Investigate/apply new/emerging codes/algorithm/tools.

7.Provide technical support/guidance to firmware/software engineers

8.Create new digital control platform for different topology.

Requirement:

1.Master (Degree) in Electronic/ Process control / Software Engineering / Computer Engineering;

2.Minimum 5 years' firmware/software hand-on coding experience;

3.Minimum 2 year' working experience in supervisory position;

4.Knowledge in Embedded Controller and Digital Signal Processor required;

5.Proficient in popular embedded control languages such as “C” and assembly languages;

6.Proficient in popular development environment and debugging techniques;

7.Sound knowledge on control theory important;

8.Experience in real –time operating system an advantage;

9.Hardware and peripherals design knowledge / experience important;

10.Knowledge and experience on CMMI an advantage;

11.Good command of English/Chinese, both written and spoken;

12.Good communication skills.
