Responsibility:
Safety technical documents releasing ,such as ECO,PR etc.
File and maintain various safety soft submission document and related certification/report.
Assign the PIN update information to relevant engineers.
Assign renew project to relevant engineers, keep following up for the closure of renew project.
Participate in document update of project submission to various agencies like UL, TUV, Nemko, BSMI etc.
Monitor and record various lists' information, which are for complying with latest regulatory requirement.
Encoding test reports, processing shipping documentations, booking of meeting rooms and other system applications.
Handle and complete the temporary task assigned by supervisor or Product Safety Engineer.
Requirement:
Proficient in MS office softwares.
Capable to read and write in English.
Good sense of urgency.
Flexibility for various jobs and hard jobs/task.
Good learning ability for new application system.
Willing to OT per request.
