1.Responsible for critical technical issues

2.Coach or guide engineers on technical solution

3.Lead technical meeting/discussion/seminar

4.Standarize platform and research & introduce new platform

5. Technical communication with customers

6.Responsible for final technical decision

Requirement:

1.Rich experience in power supply, especially AC/DC converter

2.With minimum 10 years experience in Switched Mode Power Supply research and development

3.Strong analytical and problem solving skills in power supplies product.

4.Good at simulation and calculation

5.Good understanding of power electronics in design.

6.Good understanding of magnetic part design.

7.Good understanding of digital PSU is preferred.

8.Diploma or Graduate of Electronic, Electrical or any related engineering course

9.With Mistral Degree in the field of Power Supply electronics

10. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
