Responsibility:

1. Perform switching power component electrical stress test, worse case stress test on component level

2. Responsible for reliability prediction, eg: E-Cap Life calculation, MTBF

3. Review junior staff’s test result and provide improvement suggestion.

4. Provide technical guidance on the junior staff

5. Review and Develop new test method and tools if need.

6. Work with design team to get the test issues resolved

7. Drive and share lesson learned in the team

8. Provide technical input to customer concerns.

Requirement:

1. College or above degree in electronics.

2. 8 years or above experience in power supply reliability testing or related experience.

3. Demonstrated skill in Excel, Word.

4. Good understanding on knowledge of switching power supply and circuit analysis.

5. Expert in the specification of electronic components, Reliability Predication tools.

6. Good communication and presentation skill.
