岗位职责:
1. 负责客户、公司内部物料状态的沟通工作。
Responsible for direct communication of material status to the customer and internal teams.
2. 就物料日常、特殊情况,偶尔拜访供应商。
Occasionally call on supplier during normal and escalation situations.
3. 物料升级不符合制造目标要求的情况下的供应商和客户管理工作。
Manage supplier and customer when escalation situations for material schedules that do not meet build target requirements.
4. BOM报表的维护,AVL的验证,供应链的支持工作。
Bill of Materials (BOM) scrub and AVL validation, support supply chain development.
5. 计划和采购,包括PV和LLT升级项目。
Planning and purchasing, including PV and ramp up for LLT items.
6. 客户委托、提供的物料、器材的管理,进出口物流跟进,需求计划分析。
Customer-consigned or customer supplied materials and equipments management; drive logistics for exporting and importing, Demand and schedule analytics.
7. E&O库存,RMA,MRB和替代解决方案 (索赔信息)
E&O inventory, RMA, MRB and Alternate solutions expert (supporting information for Claims).
任职资格:
1. 大专以上学历,专业不限,2年以上电子行业采购、计划或物料管理相关工作经验。
College or above with relevant majors, at least 2+ years of working experience in purcasing/planning or material management in EMS company.
2. 有项目管理经验,良好的沟通能力;团队合作,工作热情。
Has project management experience with good communication skills, team work spirit with high working enthusiasm.
3. 熟练Microsoft Office,如Excel,Word,Outlook,英语听说读写流利。
Microsoft Office or comparable suite; excellent English language skills, writing, reading, speaking and listening.
