工作职责(Responsibilities):
1、协助上司优化培训体系,起草各种工作指南和工作流程。
Help supervisor to optimize training system, drafts working instruction and procedure.
2、负责建立内部及师资库、教材库、试题库和案例库等。
Be responsible for building up pools of trainers, training materials and test paper, etc.
3、协助上司分析培训需求,识别公司培训差距,制定年度培训计划。
To assist the supervisor to conduct training need analysis and makes yearly training plan.
4、 组织各种内外部培训,并进行培训评估。
To organize internal and external trainings, and conduct training assessment.
5、负责ERP系统中培训模块的管理。
Be responsible for managing the training module of ERP system.
6、恰当地管理各种培训记录、合同和培训资料, 确保符合公司质量体系的要求。
Manage
training records, contracts and materials properly so that they are in
compliance with the requirement of quality management system .
7、经培训后,能作为培训师进行入职培训和其他培训。
Conduct orientation training and other kinds of training after being trained.
8、处理上级交办的其他事宜。
Deal with other assignments assigned by superior.
任职资格(Qualification) :
1、大专以上学历
College’s degree or above
2、有基础的英语口语和英语书写
Basic in oral and written English
3、具有强烈的学习愿望,学习能力强
Strong willingness to learn, quick learning
4、具有良好的人际交往能力,沟通能力和协调组织能力,推动力强
Good interpersonal, communication, coordinating and facilitating skills, determined in making things happened
5、能熟练应用MS 办公软件Word, PPT 和 Excel
Conversant in MS Office applications Word, PPT and Excel
备注:此岗位属于东莞松山湖公司(签订东莞劳动合同),前期在深圳工作,后因项目转移到东莞松山湖发展。
Remark:
This position belongs to Dongguan company (sign Dongguan laobor
contract). Work in Shenzhen firstly, later develop in Songshan Lake,
Dongguan due to the project transfer.
