Training Officer/Sr. Officer

Your Duty:

1. Provide internal consultancy on the identification & analysis of T & D needs.

2. Design and deliver in-house training & development, giving lessons are needed.

3. Assist in formulation of the culture development plan and implementation.

4. Responsible for quality and timely delivery of the In-Tech Magazine.

Requirement:

1、Minimum 5 years in HR or training field in sizable foreign invested companies.

2、Training design, delivery and training management experience for min 3 year.

3、Fluent verbal and written English and mandarin are needed.

4、Bachelor degree or above, Human resources, Business Management or relevant major.

5、Received professional training as a Trainer.
